This forum has always been great for discovering new music. I pretty much trust the musical opinions of everyone here.
I'm quite active on Facebook...it's my vent for various things, but mainly music related stuff. Posting videos and whatnot, and discovering new music or revisiting old music through others on there. It can be a nice little community if you want it to be.

There's loads of stuff missing out of that list as well (probably some that shouldn't be in the list, haha), due to FB being an arse and changing how it displays what you 'like' now. My lastfm is possibly more accurate. LastFM is great for finding musical matches actually. You'd be surprised how many people there are out there who listen to similar music to you!
