THREE days of food and music is heading to Naseby next month for the Pig and Applestock Festival.
The festival will have a focus on good quality local food and music with all profits going to the MS Society.
The Pig and Applestock Festival takes place at the lake at Naseby, off the A5199, from Friday, August 31 to Sunday, September 2.
Acts playing the Friday include the Skunk-Boy Project, Victoria Major, an acoustic set by The Anteloids and poetry from Scott Baker.
On the following day, Christian Deathray, Jimm Zorn, Das Pluto Gang, Daylight Frequencies, The Anteloids, Pete Bassman and The 7.20’s will play.
The Sunday will see sets by Nurse Roberys and the Medicine Man, Markus Reeves, Paper Street Soap Company, The Lycergics, Our Amazing Music Company and Presley Johnson.
More acts are due to be announced in the run up to the festival.
Organiser Nick Hargreaves said: “We are hoping to create a family friendly event which celebrates our local musical talent.
“We are excited to be raising funds for a charity which makes such a positive impact to those with multiple sclerosis and people will join us in supporting this incredible charity.â€
Early bird tickets cost £20 or £25 on the day, including entry, camping and parking.
Admission for children under 10 is free.
