The Tunnel

Has anyone else been watching this?

Joint French/English production, nicely paced and quite tense. It reminds me of The Returned at times, in its style and atmosphere. The stories are totally different though.

I didn't watch s1 of the Bridge, nor the Tunnel, nor the US version of it. But I watched the Bridge s2 and that was fab!

I was at episode eight before I found out The Tunnel was a reworking of The Bridge. Still haven't seen the first Bridge but really enjoyed the second one. I had no idea there was an American version of it too.

I'd heard good things about the first season, and was going to catch up on the French/UK version but s2 came on and I just followed that, it wasn't 100% perfect and the last twist was possibly one too many, but I think that overall I enjoyed this more than I even did the Killing.
