As a major fan of the Storyville series on the BBC I can thoroughly recommend the two series of Life and Death Row currently on the iPlayer
Absolutely heartbreaking and very well balanced
The first episode of each series, each titled Execution, are the ones to watch if you don't have 6 hours to invest
