heyo,
i know this is a strange place to post this, but i couldnt find find anywhere better (and if anyone does know a better place, please let me know!).
for a while now i've been wanting to make music videos for some of my tracks, and since watching that fuxa video i'm feeling particularly inspired to try. but my problem is i dont really know which program would be best. i made an attempt at using adobe premiere, but found it kinda clunky and not really useful for much except creating a movie style narrative. so how do people make music videos that have fast edits that cut perfectly to the tempo of the song. psychedelic effects are very welcome too, of course...
any recommendations/advice?
cheers!

yep, still out here.. hence the lack of free time. curse the stupid work ethic!
thanks for that list. looks like the top 2 are well worth checking out. i also tried premiere elements before, since it has a 'beat detector' which supposedly helps with cutting sections to music. but when i tried it out it seemed to choose markers pretty much at random. i can't believe that video editing software doesnt have a simple 'tempo' option, where if you know the tempo you can edit to that, like you can in music software.
