This remains my favourite bootleg.
It's great isn't it? Was just listening to that again over the last few days and it's just amazing. I saw them in Brighton around that time with what must have been a similar setlist, though we got treated to 'may the circle be unbroken'. I have great memories from that gig and get to use the sydney recording as a memento. Cheers to whoever did the recording! :)

Zippyshare is my fave tbh.....multiple downloads and always super fast .

Nice one everybody for your work...now filling in gaps formed by external hd meltdown .

All I need now is the BZA Glasters 93 remaster. *safety wink*.

Cheers all

Opera House Toronto 20 October 2003

This bootleg - always a favourite, epic AG era show - feels relatively recent.

Yet it's exactly 15 years old today...

Going thru a bit of a Cop Shoot Cop obsession at the mo and the version on this Toronto show is awesome; the end section has an amazing slowly unfurling guitar crescendo.

Does anyone have the ginormous Real Complete Works that was compiled here a few years ago??

yep superb boot this one, the quality is worthy of release. I think I remember people saying at the time, that it may have even been Jason himself that leaked it.
Amazing Grace pretty much in its entirety, and Run!!! highly recommend this one.

I listened to it recently and it made me think that This Little Life of Mine is actually a pretty fine tune when those guitars get going

I have the magasinet boot but it's missing track 7 which I assume is clear light/ clear rush so either if you have the full show or just track 7 to hand that would be aces . Cheers L

Bloody hell. Off the top of my head I only have a couple of DVDs, stuff like The Black Sessions on proper CD, the Real Complete Works on CDs and 2 or 3 live gigs I've downloaded recently! I may have more bootleg stuff, but my whole music collection is is in storage at the moment and has been for a few years, so I'm not sure what's there. But nothing compared to that!

This show is unreal.

I've said it before, but I think it's a better representation of that band - and a much better show - than the offical RAH 1997 release.

^^^^^^ Should point out that the above recording is a remaster (not by BZA!) and is definitely punchier than the original recording. I think the remaster was done by someone here under a different name. I could be wrong about that though!

I saw them twice in 1998 and they were nowhere near as good or interesting as this gig. Love the middle section of The Individual > Sway > Take Good Care Of It > 200 Bars 8)

I am looking for Glastonbury 1998, 2002 and 2007 please if anyone has them? FLAC preferably but whatever's to hand is fine. Thanks.

Someone remastered that 1998 San Diego show for me by request.
I posted it here not long after because it needed to be shared.

I'm still looking for that Royal Festival Hall show from 2004 please.

Royal Festival Hall 2004 - part 1

As requested... the last gig of the 2 year AG tour.

These are CDR rips so in pure WAV format, at one point I'd tracked the whole gig and worked with the sound, long gone on a dead HD though.

To be honest not the greatest show from the tour as far as bootlegs go, although 'Cheapster' will rip your face off and that mellow 'I Think I'm In Love' is something else.

Thanks to the unknown taper who sent me the CDRs way back when.

Had it long ago but lost in on a HD that crashed.

But quite possibly my favorite version of Let It Flow.
That's why I want it again.

coming to this a bit late but in a nutshell, how do I get hold of a boot of the Orpheum gig? (or any recording of one of the recent full ensemble shows). I don't have a Dime account (or even really know how torrenting works!)..

I am happy to share any Spiritualized boots I've got- it seems this thread has it pretty well covered but I'll check my hard drive tonight.

It's a beautiful show indeed, worthy of a proper release really, best sounding bootleg for a long time - the quality is something else.

I'm saying Sydney 2012 level.

Many thanks to the original taper and Mojo for his incredibly kind assistance.

In the midst of a last minute essay breakdown thing due tomorrow otherwise would assist.

Whoever the lead choir vocalist is in the DC6 Singers, well she's awesome.

The way she leads the gargantuan finale to 'Let's Dance' is just incredible.

Also - 'Damaged' was my least favourite song on the record, yet this recording just nails it.

It's fucking amazing.

Even better was how the whole reverential LA crowd (?!) lose it at the start when a particuarly enthused audience member shouts out an accolade to J...

This show was fantastic... however, it's a little less noisy for my tastes. After seeing them now about 12 times, I need them to let loose as we all know that they can... and the only time that really happened was during On the Sunshine... but it was sure fucking beautiful when it happened.

That San Diego show is just awesome.
Haven't listened to it in some time but am giving it a go now.
Born Never Asked > Electric Mainline is the goods.
And that Lay Back in the Sun > These Blues just destroys everything.
I give a lot of credit to Ed Davis for taping it.

yes indeed. the new tunes sound immense, Morning After and Damaged faves on that boot so far, loving the extra gospel vox on Damaged. dunno why but that Morning After reminds me of some sort of Elvis live circa 1970. storming.

...a bit late to the party on this but does anyone have a current link for the Orpheum show? The one above no longer available. Sounds incredible and mentioned in the same breathe as the benchmark (for me) Sydney show.. would be eternally grateful for a copy. Thanks all.
