Terrible, terrible sound in the venue. Enjoyed the after bash with Mr Weatherall much more.
Work is the scourge of the drinking classes

For the second time that evening, I managed to lose the tickets for Mr Weatherall. Tried queueing for a bit but just ended up back at the flat. Probably should get some rest...
I remember getting right down the front when they did 'Come Together'.
It was awesome.
Despite being charged by the fuckin' cops for getting out of the taxi with a beer, mad ticket nonsense, and the most corporate, evil, soul-crushing venue in Sick City....plus all sorts of other craziness.... 'twas still a great night!
Thanks to all friends and travellers... Tommy, let's hook up again before going back to work.

*jealous*
the plan was to get to the secc early and try and find some tickets at face value or less - but first thing my friends were skint, and secondly i started feeling pretty ill in the afternoon, so when i got back home it was sofa + duvet + tv
had heard really really good things about the screamadelica set in london (heard it too since it was broadcast on 6 music) so i would have loved to go.

Seeing them in Brighton tonight. Wasn't planned but managed to pick up 2 tickets for £40 on GumTree on Sunday afternoon. Pretty fucking excited
