Right to left:
Boss tuner, Rat distortion, some kind of overdrive, wah, boss tremolo, boss phase shifter & then a really nice sounding flanger. I'm sure some of the more experienced gtr players here can identify them better than I can.

Looks like a Colorsound wah to me, which makes sense. Not sure what the one on the far left is.

The overdrive is a Coopersonic Valveslapper http://coopersonic.bigcartel.com/produc ... lveslapper - assuming it's the same one he used in the UK it looked to be a plain metal finish with the control names taped over - Doggen also uses one.

The pedal far left is a Fender phaser
