100 Club Gig With Weller

Not sure if anyone has already posted this but Spiritualized are playing along with Paul Weller at London's 100 Club on August 1st.

No, I missed out too. I have a feeling that show will be full of 45 year old blokes with Paul Weller haircuts talking about how 'Weller's the Man'. And that when SPZ come on most of them will probably be at the bar sadly.

HUGE PHEW!!!! I just heard about this and was utterly gutted until I discovered that they were playing with Paul Weller. Sorry but you couldn't pay me to be in the same room as 'Weller' fans. Especially as I already had front row tickets for Diamanda Galas at SBC for Meltdown - no competition! Roll on November though.
and through wax seals and padlocks...a hand through my ribcage...past the choking I saw palms and fingers grasping shoulders...collarbone...crushing...I imagined myself hacking desperately at a sea of appendages...freeing myself like a butcher...
