Stage video used on Rollercoaster US tour?

Hey all - Been wondering about this for far too long, I wonder if anyone is storing this bit of trivia and can help finally settle this one for me...

On the Rollercoaster US tour (and perhaps the original UK/Europe tour?), Spiritualized opened the shows with a b&w film loop playing behind them. It was only about three seconds long or so, a teary-eyed woman who I should probably have recognized leaning out of a shadow, maybe it was a jail cell I don't know it was quite a while back. Any ideas where this loop came from?

Sorry if this has been covered somewhere on the board, I poked around a little but didn't find much.
