Great show last night in Oakland. I wonder if they are going to stay together after the tour or if this is a one off deal ?

Amazing show in Denver... I've never heard the Ogden sound so good... helped that I stood directly in front of the sound guy, but that is the best place to watch a show in that venue... I won't avoid it so often anymore...
Afterwards, milling about waiting for people to file out, a dude walked by in a Spacemen 3 shirt... assuming he was a guy from Denver, I said 'hey man, I saw Spaceman 2x in San Francisco a few weeks ago!'... he said to the effect of 'cool, man, thanks for coming out tonight'... BUT in a thick ENGLISH ACCENT... went outside for a second and waited for him to come out.. turns out it was Christian Savill - guitar in Slowdive - whoops... I never wear my glasses to shows and didn't see him wearing the damn shirt on stage (he was mostly in the dark/fog anyway). Had another quick chat, and he was off to find his friends.
I'll have to dig into the newer Slowdive albums... all the songs in the set were great...
