I know there are some Fanclub fans here so some might have already heard, but they've just announced 4 sets of 3-night shows for the end of the year. Glasgow, London, Birmingham and Manchester. See below for details.

Certainly one for the fans of the earlier material, but i think these will be stellar shows! Tickets on sale this Friday. Individual tickets as well as a limited number of 3-night tickets!

it's got to be night 2 for me. although it will still be missing key tunes.
I wonder if they might play B sides from the relevant eras too?
isn't 98-00 basically just Howdy? :/

The third night supposedly will have a selection of b-sides and rarities from the entire Creation years... got a ticket for the first night - Bandwagonesque and Thirteen for me! Although i would have went for a Catholic Education/The King night over that

Wasn't "The King" released in 1991 Laz?
If I went it would be tough call between night one (The King?/Bandwagonessque/Thirteen) or night 2 (Grand Prix and Songs From Northern Britain). I still would prefer a TFC gig with songs from their whole back catalogue though. Went to see them a couple of years back when they toured their "come back" album "Here" and it was a wonderful gig....really uplifting.

I got tickets for Night 2 in Birmingham. although it's still going to be missing of the big tunes that came earlier (and of course the earlier stuff was a little less mellow) I still think Grand Prix and Songs From Northern Britain is a fine run.
