They did about a 50/50 split between old & new. I'll try to have it
up later today...wonderful gig v.small club type venue, how they
fitted 7 people on the tiny stage i'll nver know...esp with Jason
still sitting

Electricity
Shine a light
Walking with jesus
She kissed me (and it felt like a hit)
Lord let it rain on me
Oh baby
Cheapster
Anything more
Let it flow
Ballad of richie lee
Out of sight
Never goin' back
Broken heart
Think i'm in love
Smiles

Highlights were probably Let it flow & Smiles although all the new stuff
was mighty fine.

Excellent, I'm glad the set list has changed a fair bit since the last tour, welcome return of Electricity and I think I'm in love, and nice to see a track or two from let it come down in there as well. Shame there's no Medication or Run though.

I can't wait.

that is excellent, especially let it flow. i've only heard it live with the horns, i'm curious how they'll play it without.
i am going to miss rated x and i could do without this part:
She kissed me (and it felt like a hit)
Lord let it rain on me
Oh baby
Cheapster
Anything more

but i ain't complaining

ho hum, each to their own. Acording to another post, because the support have pulled out they'll play a longer set. 20 minutes of cop shoot cop perchance? I'll miss electric mainline too, (the mad head rush version, not the spacey one from the last tour). As far as I remember they didn't do anything more on either of the LICD tours, so it'll be interesting to hear this. On the same point has anyone ever been to a spiritualized gig where they didn't play walkin' with Jesus?

I'm pretty sure that they didn't play Walking With Jesus at Manchester Academy in Oct(?) 2001. So glad they're doing Shine a Light again though. It isn't a Spiritualized gig until you hear that tune!

Does anyone know if this was taped? From the set, it looks like it was a cool show.

Just been rooting thru some old cds and came across something I downloaded off of morpheus a few years back which I entitled Sweden '93.I reckon it may have gone out on the radio as its got some chappie introducing the band (In Swedish?) and talking about LGM & S3.
Could anyone could tell me more about it?Tracklisting:-
1 Sway
2 Angel Sigh
3 Take Good Care Of It
4 Medication
5 Walkin' With Jesus (10 mins of heaven!!)
6 Shine A Light
7 Electric Mainline
8 Smiles

Also-does anyone have this on a FLAC or SHN?I'd be more than willing to do a 2for1(or more)BnP.

.... these wings are gonna fail me....

would love a copy, was at Belfast last night. Absolutely amazing concert! Anyone record that? Oh, plenty of people talking through the quiet bits there too. Can't really understand why?

Hi Pat,
I'd be interested in getting/trading a copy of the Galway gig you mention. I've got a 29-page list (it goes from the very first Spiritualized gigs in 1990 to the very latest DAT sets recorded in the UK and USA (October & November) and pretty much everything between (also large collection of Spectrum and Spacemen 3 stuff).

I'm 100% certain that you'll find something you like on the list, so if you want to trade my e-mail is: ianjgoodchild@hotmail.com

Cheers.
