Don't get too excited about Repeater...

The correct setlist is:

Hypnotized
If I Were With Her Now
Any Way That You Want Me
Step Into The Breeze
Feeling Just Fine (Head Full Of Shit)
Run
All Of My Tears
Angel Sigh
Smiles
Take Your Time
Things'll Never Be The Same

I've never heard this gig before, but I've seen traders give the setlist as above, but with Why Don't You Smile Now? between the last two tracks. No idea if this download is missing it, or if the other traders just made a mistake.

This is still well worth downloading - the recording is not bad. Smiles is a bit excruciating as there are a lot of nasty keyboard fluffs. Hypnotized is always a pleasure. But Repeater? C'mon, that's as likely as Pete playing Drive...

Love,

Ian

He said he considered playing a Spiritualized song (I Want You, I think), but I don't think he did.

"SB: By a pomp shoegazing band? Weird thing is I wrote most of that song ... which I guess Jason has forgotten? I would happily do, and do on occasion, songs like '2.35' -- which was a Jason lyric. I considered 'I want You' from Laser Guided Melodies too, but I acknowledge them as covers..."

Good point.
Personally, I'm decoding from Flac to Wav converting to Wav from mp3 and dropping into iTunes. Soon i will have my 500 gig Personal Media Drive and than I can keep seeding.

.....and to think, my friends bet me this forum was probably full of geeks when I told them I went on here. (sorry, no offence meant dselevan, but all that flac/wav nonsense goes right over my head. I'm sure Mojo knows what you're on about though).

All it is is a form of grouping together a bunch of songs so they can be easily downloaded. I don't know about sound loss, but it is kind of like a zip file for songs. It makes it really easy to download a show in a format where there is no sound loss and than you can convert them to anything you want. I use iTunes, so I convert them to mp3 files.

Yeah, ouch. I think there's a point where someone points that out and she goes into the right key. All is forgiven.

...you would think after playing the keyboard live with them for 3 months that she would at least remember the key...

One of my favorite versions of Feeling Just Fine (Head Full of Shit) is from 6-15-91 because it starts off so out of tune but then Jason brings it back through a fantastic wash of feedback. It's primal Spiritualized at its finest.

Settle down.
