Pre sale tickets go on sale on Thursday April 2nd at 10am with general sale Friday April 3rd at 10am.

I'm not going to the Barbiacan gig, but that's definately got to one of the best ticket booking systems I've seen. I just hope the Apollo one is as good (but I doubt it).

Very bizarre - the (not so) secret pre-pre sale at the Barbican scoops See Tickets, saving us plenty in booking fees!!

Got four seats dead centre in Row M so nicely in the rake with a perfect view. Bear in mind that the front block in the stalls centre is not raked, so you're always taking a chance on some tall punter blocking your view...

Got stalls R 18 at the Apollo. The ticket website is a pile of crap (again) and unfortuantelly you can't order these over the phone. I know 'cos I just tried.

That's certainly what the ticket website and my confirmation email say. Whether or not it will actually be standing I don't know. I've only ever been to the Apollo twice before (and that was a long time ago) and both times it was standing only in the 'stalls' area.

I saw Beck there about 5 years ago and they had seats then, although the bar shut during his seat. Still, you win some and lose some, eah?!

I'll be sat close to you, R 23. Can't choose seats and row R seems to be the only thing on offer.

I think they will be. In my opinion, the Barbican sounds even better than the RFH.

Live Nation are promoting it through ticketmaster so there'll be better seats on general sale in the morning!!

Well pissed me, fell for the 'Rare chance' thing @ RFH booked 2 front row for 12th + hotel & 2 front row balcony for 13th + hotel so could film.

Was right lookin foward to it & planned couple of days in London with wife & kids.........now it's all been washed away...I can just hop on a train from York to Manchester.......'Just want water, justa want an ocean, an endless river to wash away all my tears' springs to mind!!

Dunno, anyone else feel a bit deflated?

Hey, this is unreal news. Since hearing LAGWAFIS for the first time 6 or 7 months ago, it's been at the top of my favorite albums list since the start. London's a bit too far for me, but Manchester is spot on!

I was in the process of ordering, they offered me some seats but they were right at the side, so I thought I'd try again, they offered me more seats at the other side, so I thought I'd try once more, and then they seemed to stop selling them! Argh! Nevermind, they say they're on sale at 9 on there instead of 10.

a bit yeah, not quite a "unique" performance now, but maybe they didnt realise the massive interest thats been generated?

wow amazing news

who would have wanted a quick hours drive to manchester followed by a cheeky curry in Rusholme and still be tucked up in bed by 1.00pm - when they could pay Â£75 train fare, Â£150 hotel bill, close their business for the day and pay Â£4 for a pint of bitter..... not me thats for sure - best news I have heard all week.

haha nothing like the famous 12 hour rusholme gourmet tasting menu - you have never tasted anything like it I swear, from 7am till 10am more indian breakfast in style - then 10am till 11am indian brunch, then 11 till 1.00 pm lunch - man its one of the great wonders of the world.

I live in Manchester so I should be at that one. I'm a bit disappointed though, I had to scrape together funds for the London date only to have one added a lot closer for cheaper. However, the main thing here is that the Apollo is a terrible venue with awful sound on occasions and I would rather go to Royal Festival Hall anyway. It should've been at the Bridgewater Hall or the Lowry! Neil Young was good at the Apollo though, spot on.

The sound at the Apollo isn't bad........... well, as long as you get a seat in the stalls that ISN'T under the bloody balcony! The seats right at the back are blessed with worse acoustic qualities than my underpants.

Last week those wonderful folk at SeeTickets sent me my ticket for the Manchester gig and now i don't want it. So if anyone wants a ticket for Manchester i have one that i don't want.
