Was Barca playing with 13 men? It looked like it.

It's rare to see football played as well as that - what a treat. At times it was completely breath-taking. The commentator describing Man U as being 'punch drunk' really summed it up.

Man I enjoyed that. Tingles down the spine stuff.

I never have seen a team play defense like that. It was smothering. Which I am sure threw Man U right off their game. Alex Ferguson looked like he gave up after the third Barca goal.

They make it look so easy though. Short, sharp passing - each player can turn on a sixpence always looking for a simple ball and making space for a return pass. Easy to do in theory but Barca have players good enough to make moves that elevate the game to it's peak. Barca Globetrotters!

Unreal, the close quarter passes and general speed of play was something to behold and in Messi they have IMHO the best player ever to have played the game. A great night :D

yup , agree with most of whats been said already ,Barca were fantastic ,but a poor and ageing Man. Utd were never really at the races and it could have been 5 or 6 if Barca hadn`t eased off

this spring gave some really fabulous moments in sport. after 16 years of waiting Finland is again World Champion in Ice Hockey. and then Barcelona. top of the hill! barca can take off the next year and be back for 2012-13 season. they deserve it, because this planet is just not for them.

talking about great moments in sport. have a look at this goal - this is from 19 year old finn Mikael Granlund, stricking one of the best individual goals in hockeys world championship history, and that was when the score with Finland and Russia in semi-final was 0:0. amazing guts to not fail and just try one of a kind trick.
and the commentator, Antero Mertaranta, is the essence of finnish hockey commentating art.

there are closer repeats of the goal in the end of this clip.

Worth adding this clip again. An incredible piece of skill and vision from Brazilian bad boy Edmundo - the defender had no idea where he and the ball had gone! A coincidence that this was against Man U. One of my all time favourite goals.
