Read about this earlier in the week. This really is very sad news indeed. Rounder is a bit of an institution in Brighton and has been here all my life. I saw they had a sale on last week and part of me was wondering whether it was the beginning of the end and sadly it is. I really thought with the revival of vinyl and the fact that its always chocker when I go in there it would survive the recession but, I guees it just goes to show how hard things are out there at the moment. This is a very sad state of affairs for Rounder, local businesses generally and Brighton as a whole. :cry:
