Yeah, that was pretty cool. I went to his website and clicked on turntables just out of curiosity to see how expensive they are and it just says "price on request," which is always a bad sign. The cost of the speakers alone exceeds the value of my Hi-Fi and record collection. FWIW those speakers weigh 93Kg each and cost £25K a pair

I too have my own preferences; and much of my system was custom.
And very heavy. REALLY VERY HEAVY.

The System I have attained recreates sound Beautifully, and fills the Music Room, along w/ the House with Clear, Fantastic Sound. Definite "Trouser Ruffling Capability!"

Start with what you can, and improve as you wish and are able; that was the simple method I employed, and it has worked quite well indeed.

I also have a Naim system. Naim SuperUniti - Naim cd x5 - Naim Credo speakers and i have just bought a LIV Zen 2Tb Vortexbox CD Ripping Music Server NAS so a lot of my time goes with ripping cd's to my NAS.
