so then my friend says he's gotten the date wrong and can't go.
I don't need to go, I don't feel like finding someone else to go, I don't have my own transport there (2 hrs away) etc.
so I'm thinking "I'll just try and throw these effers on CL or give them to another friend"
then I think to myself "Gee. that ticket agency seemed pretty cool. I wonder if they'll give me a refund?"
Q: Did they:
a) keep me on hold for 45 minutes and then tell me there is no refund unless the venue collapses in a typhoon, and even then I have to hire a lawyer and maybe in a year or two will receive a 15% refund
or
b) have a human being answer the phone (at 11:30pm), listen to my little scheduling problem story, and cheerfully refund my credit card
