Amazing Grace...

Post by BzaInSpace »

Another one for the 'Announcements' bit? 8)

After a relentlessly busy few months with the usual (it seems) turbulent emotional rollercoaster that is reality peaking with my son being admitted to A&E on Monday, being discharged just in time for my wife to go into labour...

and she gave birth to our daughter Torri late on Tuesday night.

Not without complications... a few hours post birth out of mischief I guess she decided to stop breathing a few times through the early hours.

Happily released from the IC unit yesterday. Mum doing great, older brother spellbound.

Extremely tired but elated - grateful and humbled. Hat's off to the truly amazing and extremely helpful and professional staff in AMH.

Best... X

It's a good thing I'm 49, daughter about to turn 15 and not really interested in boys much yet.

:mrgreen:

Congrats on the wee lassie!

Congratulations; it must be a real Roller Coaster/ sinusoidal wave of emotion;
I like wee ones; especially when they can express their
Thoughts in sentence form; a special Truth and Humor
just flow from little ones, so again, Congratulations and it
must be a wonderful time; it has been many years since my
kids were little; many happy memories there!
