Hi everyone
After months as a casual browser, thought I'd take the time to say hello to everyone. Been a spz convert since hearing 'Spread Your Wings/Pure Phase' on a tape with Select magazine in '94 (I think).
Thought I'd get the ball rolling by asking what the last musical discovery everyone made was
Mine was Bobby Womack. Bought 'Someone Special' vinyl comp at weekend. Not stopped playing since...

haven't clicked on your link yet, but I'm going to assume congotronics is Konono no1. BRILLIANT STUFF!!
If you like Vashti Bunyan you might also like Linda Perharcs 'Parallelagrams', reissued recently, also
I've been listening to alot of Baba Zula, turkish psyche folk dub business with non other than The Mad Proffessor at the controls, new LP got Sly and Robbie on as well, and the live show has belly dancers. Proper
and anything on the 'sublime frequencies' label.
