i collected vouchers to claim a free world dvd from the independent and i ordered it though play.com who confirmed it then told me they'd cancelled it so i emailed them saying 'sort it or you've lost my custom for life and i'll smear your name to people i know' and guess what?...my dvd arived today!

i got a german film by the director 'werner herzog' which, from the review, he appears to have ripped of joseph conrad's heart of darkness. other options included amile and crouching tiger, hiden dragon.
