This^^. I was gonna say him.

Not a fan particularly but Michael Stipe was amazing when REM played at Glastonbury a few years back.Talk about intense. Saw him run the length of the stage with the mic cable wrapped round his neck and nearly garrotted himself when he ran out of length!

Iggy Pop or Lux Interior for me though to be honest.

robbie williams- more stage tallent than sinatra, dylan, gallagher, brel and even hooky in his little finger

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oM88hPA ... re=related

what great stage banter 'sing up if you know the words, if not shut up or it will be crap' genius!!! or even rocking out

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dxflk6B-RCQ

if i was a girl...
'raging and weeping are left on the early road
now each in his holy hill
the glittering and hurting days are alomst done
then let us compare mythologies
i have learned my elaborate lie
of soaring crosses and poisened thorns'

It would be hard to top this particular performance especially after the 3 minute mark.
