Runcible, very impressive.
Question number 13 was the first ever 7" record I remember buying. Around about the same time I bought Belinda Carlisle's Heaven Is A Place On Earth, as I seem to remember
When people ask me what was the first record I bought I'm afraid I can't lie and make up something cool. It was Tiffanny.
I guess that's a whole new thread.

15/21 but not being British was a severe handicap!

OK - showing my age here. My 1st purchased record was Gary Glitter's 'I Love You Love Me Love'.Fuzzhead wrote: Question number 13 was the first ever 7" record I remember buying.
Anyone else for the slaughter?
(in my defence see the thread on the 1st 3 gigs you ever attended. Mine are somewhat impressive I reckon)

yeah it's pretty pathetic that i was around at the time and into music but i only managed 10 as well. i mean c'mon, it was pretty shitty what they were asking. it was mostly a case of "WHO CARES?"
as for first albums, it was a 7" of Queens 'We Will Rock You' backed with 'We Are the Champions'. everytime we won a match i would come home and rock out to it.
thanks for the memory.
me.
