Okay, I'll go with the painfully obvious:

There are other configurations that are equally as baffling- the smart and soulful type who invariably ends up with a shallow bimbo type... the ornamental wife. Eventually the guy gets bored and cheats, since looks are not everything after all. We all need equality and compatibility in relationships, whether we realize it or not. Some people just go for what they can get and well, fame does throw the natural order of things out of wack.

I see these two around all the time and they always give me that “oh you recognise us” kind of look. I have the Pure Phase photo framed (Kate arm in arm with Spaceman) on my living room wall and always feel slightly awkward when I catch Richard Ashcroft’s eye and realise I wake up every morning with a picture of his wife.

Pretty weird when I am buying cigarettes in Tesco and at the same time an ex Spiritualized member and mad Richard have popped in for some tea bags.

So many factors, one thing is that pretty boys are usually awful in bed. Just saying...

Another thing is that women aren't affected as much visually as men are.. I mean, we don't get um, turned on instantly or whatever. Intelligence, grace, sensitivity, compassion, selflessness go a looong way.

That's my personal take anyway

Go on, I dare you.....if you see the two of them together, go up and ask for Kate's autograph, but not his. The more you can play not recognising him the better!!

+1000 on that one.

Maybe some sort of incentive scheme should be started

You simply must dedicate every waking moment to achieving this.

I beg to differ...i find the cute ones very attentive...you just need to position a full-length mirror in front of them. I have a similar rule of thumb with girls who take longer than 15mins to get ready (y'know to go out/go to work/shopping/whatever)...always be ready, know what I mean.

Really? I doubt that.

Well seen as you're into it, I thought I'd re-post the picture of mark e smith again...you quite happy to wake up too that mouth leering at you in the morning?

Also I didn't realise he was married/dating the other cheeky girl...figured Lembit had them both on rotation.

Best,

Stuart

But well... At the moment I have a different view of her anyway...

Definitely not ugly. -_-
W: What are we supposed to do with that?
M: Eat it.
W: Eat it? Fucker’s alive.
M: Yeah, you’ve got to kill it.
W: Me? I’m the firelighter and fuel collector.

Well... -_- It depends.

But yeah, personal characteristics do play a great role. -_-
