Will be interesting; Silva has goals in him (~8-10 this season perhaps) but his "assists" are key here and his record is excellent.

I took a gamble on Bale and Valencia for goals from midfield. Probably not wise but should offer some "assists".

same here.. but guess I should switch for a while due to his groin injury

will the captain also be automatically substituted if he can´t play? . cause you cant manually substitute your designated captain..

Yeah, the captain will either switch on "Form" or "Value" depends on what you've set that as. As there is no prior "Form" to go by (start of season) it will switch too your highest "Value" player.

Just joined.

I just picked the ugliest possible colors and my players are quite possibly worse.

Great first day of matches.

From the standings, you can clearly see who had Drogba as their captain and who didn't. Hahaha.

Quick question;

If Schwarzer (My 1st choice GK) doesn't play today do i pick up Jaaskelainen (My Sub GK) points from yesterday?

B,
S.

EDIT: Having read the rules and "automatic substitutions" I understand what happens.

Yeah, in the interim and blasting from Tantallon Towers at the minute is this rare groove...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wldq8azu ... re=related

"Don't Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Don't Go Lose It Baby"

So come May; even if I end up bottom, Tantallon Towers will still be swinging with the ghost of Ron Hardy.

B,
S.

EDIT: If anyone has the uber-rare acapella version of this track, pm me.

James, you need to be on it.
I discovered last season that selecting a team and leaving it just didn't work.
This season I'm gonna be like a crazed Ranieri...tinker, tinker, tinker.

And it's nice to have a little house to tinker too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYfUGBfKCPU

Go Bang!!!

I always have problems with my keepers.
Jääskeläinen - a red card after 36 mins?
Crazy ass Finn bitch-slapping the birmingham attacker.. and the swedes not doing too well either.
mistake by me to not let Eddie van der Papasmurf play.

gonna replace Jussi the bitchslapper with Petr czecho-wecko-chelsea even though I usually want my goal keepers to be in their thirties or older.
