Possible London Spectrum show?

It's fairly unlikely you'd have made it here without ever having heard of Jason's previous incarnation. So here you go, talk away...

Possible London Spectrum show?

Post by Fuller »

I've seen listed on a couple of websites that Spectrum are supposedly playing at the Lexington (great venue and bar) in London on May 17th. This is down on the official Spectrum myspace page however is not listed on the Lexington's official site or Ticketweb page. Can anyone shed any light on this?

This is definately on, got an email from Lexington today confirming.

If LFC don't get to the UEFA Cup Final, I will definately be at this.

I haven't seen them do "Johnny Ace" live but came across this little gem on yout tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=motzb0cl ... re=related and really hope they do it at the London show in May. The twangy guitar sounds great and works with Sonics' vocal. I reckon to work live (as it is on the album) it would take Capt. Memphis growl to be heard over the wonderful Moroder-style synth.
Unless anyone has seen it done?

Saw them do it in Dublin last September, worked very well with Sonic on vocals.
