Does this look familiar to anyone?

This can't just be a coincidence. Who designs Spectrum sleeves? Does anyone know who designed this one?
On a related topic, has anyone out there actually heard a Kim Fowley solo album? I've been searching - in morbid curiosity, I guess - for years. I've happened upon some really overpriced CDs, but I've never seen them on vinyl, and they generally don't turn up secondhand.
For those who don't know, he's a "maverick" and supposedly talentless singer-songwriter with roots in sock-hop pop (he cowrote Skip and Flip's "Alley-Oop", which the Beach Boys covered on Party in '66) now generally most well-known for writing the lyrics for some very contentious later Byrds songs, for starting Joan Jett's career, and for writing a few KISS songs (!). His website ( http://www.kimfowley.net/ ) is pretty mindblowing.
