"This amplifier was owned by Spacemen 3's Pete "Bassman" Bain, then by Will Carruthers with Jason Spaceman Pierce having it for some time inbetween. Will has asked me to sell this amp for him and is willing to provide provenance if you wish."

I was looking into Selmers...do they need a lot of maintenance to keep them going?

I've had one for about 15 years and allways treated it with the highest disrespect and abuse.It has never needed any work other than when the carying handle came off.
It's actually supposed to be a pa head but works well as a bass amp or even a guitar amp when combined with a Marshall and a reverb unit.
There's a bit too much hiss and hum for recording but great for anything else.
