I know that was mentioned on another thread a couple of weeks ago but i really do think that £68 for a t shirt is NEWS and worthy of a separate discussion.
Here is the piece in question:

A fcked up children era t shirt as featured on Playing with Fire
If anyone has a photo of an item in worse condition that has been exchanged for currency I'd love to see a picture of it.
I'm just fascinated by this process where by object A arrives at value X because of logo Y. And i like the subject heading i have given this post.
Are there any other examples out there of valuable pieces of merchandise? - that you can actually provide evidence of someone paying that amount.
Cheers

cheap at that price - it's got sleeves and everything!
Was tempted by it when it was initially listed, but 70 notes?

Re: 68 quid for a t shirt
Wow, 70 fro a spectrum shirt. But i'll bet there are fewer Spectrum shirts than Spacemen 3 in circulation.
At this point I'd like to point out that Einstellung t shirts come in limited runs. the first one (25) sold out and the new EIN! design - a homage to NEU!(50 of) is selling very well.
