Re: Mystic sunship
Got all 3 of the vinyl albums on the El Paraiso label. Cracking band. As is the label. Probably my favourite label at the moment to be honest. The Causa Sui and Papir albums in particular are fantastic. The label is run by the guys behind Causa Sui and were a major inspriration when I set up my own label, Drone Rock Records.

I love Mythic Sunship - going to see them support Causa Sui in Copenhagen in 2 weeks. Should be an awesome gig.
I was going to post something about them myself recently; mainly that Year Of The Serpent takes the Dreamweapon drone and expands it magnificently.

I think tickets are still available for Denmark....

Reporting back from Copenhagen...
One of the best gigs I've ever been to. Not just that Mythic Sunship blew my tiny mind. Causa Sui were also amazing. Two mesmerising stoner-psych bands, all instrumental, absolutely fantastic.
But it wasn't just that the bands were on fire. The venue itself, Loppen, was perfect for this gig. It's in the middle of hippie village Christiania, where weed is sold by vendors at little kiosks and police turn a blind eye (save for the occasional token visit - when that happens all the dealers pack up their stuff and scarper like when Del Boy packs up his suitcase of dodgy perfumes and does a runner when plod appears).
The whole vibe of the place is overwhelmingly laid back, even by Scandanavian standards, and having this fabulous venue in the middle of it, and for this kind of music, made the whole event pretty magical.
It was billed as a launch party for the new Mythic Sunship album "Another Shape of Psychedelic Music" and they've now got a saxophonist taking centre stage, giving their freak out jams a Funhouse quality, a bit like when Spiritualized used to take off with a saxophonist giving the drone some kind of discordant menace (did someone say jazz?).
All-round, a sold out love-in for both bands who are adored by a small number of fans in their native land.
I can't recommend Mythic Sunship and Causa Sui highly enough.
