Ticketmaster is saying there are Spotify Presales going on Tomorrow (Wednesday December 5 @ 10am PST). Anyone got codes?

Not all shows are listed yet.

It's at the tiny Troubadour. $60 a pop.

Need the Live Nation presale password? Use "chill" or "mixtape".
You could try these for the Live Nation Presales

Got myself tickets to Philadelphia and San Francisco.

Spotify Presale Code: letsdance

(I just guessed it and it worked for both shows)

Mezzanine VIP tickets secured. Not thrilled about the venue but Royal Oak is cool place to hang.
I think I feel it coming on

Got my Troubadour tickets! 400-person venue, which will be quite different than the 2k person venue they played here in October!

Didn't know pre-sale tix are more expen$ive than public sale. Should have waited a bit. $90 for (1) tix out the door w/ fees attached !

I don't think it's because they were presale. It's because you probably got nice seats.

I'd say Gusoline Alley. less than 2 blocks from the venue.

Well that was a very satisfying night. Great seeing loads of old friends at the pre show meetup just sorry I wasn't able to spend time with everyone. Show was excellent. The band all commented on how much they loved the venue.

I also enjoyed last night's show quite a bit. The time flew right by. I thought it was cool that Jason's Marshall head was missing the "hall" so it read "Mars". I meant to snap a pic after the show but spaced on it.

I remember Jason using a Plexi head like that for some gigs, though it seems like a while ago now - unless it's just not always easy to see?

I also vaguely recall back in the day, he sometimes used a H|H solid state amp (can't recall the specific model, but one of their popular guitar amp heads based on the IC100 platform used since the '70s for various H|H PA kit as well as instrument heads and combos) on a regular Marshall 1960a cabinet.

Those H|H guitar amps have a very brightly backlit front panel, normally a striking light blue emanating from directly behind the knobs, and bright enough to cover the whole face in a cool blue glow.

I can't remember the specific shape, but Jason had some element of his older sleeve art, used rather cleverly and effectively to produce a really pretty silhouette on the face of that amp.

I guess for the "Mars" effect he probably carries his own customised Marshall logo, which could just screw on to whatever is hired in. That's assuming weight/freight costs and the likely need for a 110V step-down transformer, makes touring abroad carrying full backline impractical.
I'm like Evel Knievel, I get paid for the attempt. I didn't promise this shit would be good!

Is there anyone here who has attended any of the ANH shows who wasn't particularly enamoured with the album beforehand? Lots of great reviews but people appear to love the album in the first place.

Personally I find ANH to be ok but don't share the love that most folks seem to have for it. So my question is will a doubter enjoy the current set or will they be bored senseless?
I plan on hitting the Belfast gig but the setlist really does nothing for me. I haven't even felt inclined to listen to any of the boots for this tour. :|

Hey, I do like the album a lot but went to the show in SF with a full crew of people that don't like anything past LAGWAFIS and in most cases like this one the least. They were all blown away! The material is better live, much more dynamic, and makes a lot of sense listening to it all of the way through like that.
After the show, that same group of people confessed to their love for the new material and made a rule... ALWAYs go to Spiritualized!

Cool, i'm hoping it will be good.
And yeah, i'll always go see Spiritualized no matter how I feel towards the source material they're touring!
