in the next days (maybe weekend or next week), I will be reinstalling the forum server with a new OS. I also will switch to a new platform on the provider side (nothing you will directly recognize). However, due to this switch, the server will receive a new IP address. That means, the URL will point for some time (maybe a day?) to the void. I will try to get things up and running as fast as I can, but if you have troubles reaching the forum, that is probably me
Me again - there seems to be an issue with mailing from the server to the outside world. Sadly this is something not so straight forward. I am working on it, hope it resolves in the next days (especially since none can register without a vaildated mail address :/ )
