spacemen 3 tattoo

It's fairly unlikely you'd have made it here without ever having heard of Jason's previous incarnation. So here you go, talk away...

Congrats rspaceman22!

I happen to have a half sleeve on my left arm of the LGM Blob People on either side of the Sigur Ros human embryo/praying angel surrounded by swirling colors. Above this scene on my deltoid is a giant UFO with a tractor beam beaming up the Sigur Ros figure all set in a landscape with other UFOs in the distance scanning the landscape with their lights.

I just got back from Amsterdam on Tuesday and got a sacred heart tattoo with my partners name in Dutch under it at Hanky Panky's studio in the Red Light District. Next tattoo: the word Spiritualized running down the back of my upper arm (same arm as the Spz blob people).

Congrats again!

I've got a Spacemen tattoo. It's the '3' triangle logo surrounded by some custom tribal stuff. Used to have the lettering from PWF surrounding it but it looked a bit sucky. Looks quite rad now I think. :D

i was going to get the dancing devil from lgm but decided against it @ the last moment. i have wanted the blob ppl for so long but thought a devil on my body was just too much i guess. amsterdam is my favorite city in the world. it sounds like you have some amazing ink on you. come down easy.

This talk of tattoos is useless without pics. We need to SEE these tattoos! Please? At one point I was entertaining the notion of getting the Pure Phase/Easter Everywhere sun on my arm.

how do i put the pic into a MSG? i had thought about the pure phase sun as well. 3 of the 4 tat ideads i had were sp3 or spz tats. sp3 triangle logo dancing devil and the circles one i eventually got.

I know a fella who has the LGM devils on his chest. Looks better than it sounds.

He doesn't even like Spiritualized anymore. :?

As requested, here's some pics of my tats I took today:

http://photobucket.com/albums/d108/shcje/?sc=1

The sacred heart pic was taken a few hours after getting it in the 'Dam a week ago. Sorry the other pics aren't that great; it's hard trying to take them of yourself

Come on kids, get your pics up, it's free!

So. As we wait for our fellow space cadets to post their pics, I've uploaded another photo album of some of my Spz pics hanging in my house. Completely obsessed and out of my tree.

thanks for the nice words. ive had a deathly fear of needles since i was a kid so i had to get over it aqnd what better way then with a symbol of a band i love. plus the circles arent all that specific and they wont look bad when im an old man crapping myself in the home.

I don't have the facitlies to do this right now, I'm in Thailand and don't have a digital camera. In fact, I don't even own a computer. I'll try and remember when I get home. Sorry.

hahahaha chris, we call that 'ghetto' in america. next you need the 3 points of the triangle, then you'll be 'living la vida locco!'. (stands for 'my crazy life')

Thumbs up man ,looks great, thought about that very tat. for years ,but could never make up my mind where to have it,don`t think I will now though haven`t had a tattoo done in 10 yrs ,

my brother and brother in law seem to get a new one every other month ,pictures of their kids and stuff ( freaky looking if you ask me),
but my dad had a cool Dylan one done for his 60th,a portrait thats instantly recognizable ,unlike some I`ve seem.
