Another day, another festival announces they have Spiritualized in the line-up.
Today, it's the Moseley Folk Festival (Birmingham) in September.
How many festivals are Spritualized playing this year?
I quite fancy the one in Sicily
http://zannefestival.net in July with Hookworms and Godspeed, but I might have finally go to MoFo this year, seeing as it's a 10 minute walk from my flat.
(Also playing at MoseFest
http://www.moseleyfolk.co.uk are the Polyphonic Spree, The Unthanks, Idlewild and, uh, The Monkees.)

went to Moseley Folk Festival last year for Johnny Marr et al.. very nice venue, park in the middle of Moseley. it did have a very 'family' vibe though, not sure how Spiritualized will go down!
how come they are just playing festivals only at the mo?

This still looks tempting and I do want to take the family to a festival this year... apart from the fact there is no parking on site and you have to take an ordinary bus to get there. This sounds a nightmare with loads of camping equipment and two kids and a baby in tow. But I guess lots of families must do it.
How did you find getting there Angelsighs?

what I did was park for free in nearby King's Heath then take a 15 min walk to the site. there will be parking fairly nearby but I guess it gets snapped up and most people take the bus in.
btw as far as I remember there is no camping on site if that's what you were envisaging?
