Great show last night in DC. Band sounded wonderful, like others have said the bass player is outstanding and I really enjoyed Doggen’s playing. Really beautiful stuff. Caught J smiling during a few songs, seemed to really be enjoying the gospel singers. Of the songs from the new album Let It Bleed and A Song were incredible and highlights of the show.
Set list was same as earlier shows so still very heavy on the last two albums. The crowd was really into it the whole night. It was far from sold out but pretty good turnout.

Yes it was a great show - heading to nashville and then going to the caverns show. I’ll post some pictures after the caverns show - can’t wait for it - my guess is he plays crazy since Nikki Lane is joining and hoping that he plays come down easy as they played that at a few shows together a few years back but missed those shows. And the crowd was spectacular during the morning after when the band got real quiet playing I think everyone was silent. Amazing m!
